Jesus came to save people and to free the lost from from their guilt and bondage. The massive problems of humanity, including in India, will only be changed sustainably, if the hearts of the people are changed. Only Jesus can do this! Many Christians in India dedicate their entire lives to reaching others with the Gospel. We can support them through prayer and finances, so that their work will be even more effective!

This is the reason why we support hundreds of churches and church planting projects in India and their social projects. We focus especially on helping persecuted Christians and support pastors financially in 11 Federal states in India.
God’s love invests.
Sharing God’s love in this world and being the hands and feet of God: This is what Agape is all about. A programme where poor and disadvantaged people in local churches receive first-hand support and equal chances with others. The projects include providing medical aid, private tuition, education programmes or financial support for widows and orphans. There is even a project involving the tea pickers in Sri Lanka.

Even though religious freedom is guaranteed in the constitution: In India Christians are still persecuted. In the worldwide persecution index (Open Doors) India ranks at place 11. It is our responsibility to support these Christians through prayer and financial giving.
